Todd Bolt

Todd Bolt is currently an Executive Pastor of TFAC (Trinity Fellowship Association of Churches) where he provides Strategic Planning facilitation, leadership development, executive coaching, and connection to all member churches as well as, international partner ministries. Todd holds a Business Administration degree and a Master’s degree in Church Ministries. Todd served as the Executive Pastor in two mega-multisite churches. Over the past 30 years, Todd has served in the areas of Senior and Executive staff leadership, management and coaching, multisite campus development, strategic planning, as well as change management. He has obtained this experience from serving church ministries, 501[c]3 non-profits, small business startups, a Fortune 500 company and the pharmaceutical industry. Todd uses every day to advance his life mission: To help individuals, teams, and organizations climb their mountains. Todd has been married to his wife, Lisa, for 34 years, and has two children, Tyler and Brittany and a son-in-law, Connor, as well as a grandson Lincoln.

Stephen Cuss

Stephen Cuss

Steve is the author of Managing Leadership Anxiety: Yours and Theirs and The Expectation Gap and also a columnist and host of Christianity Today’s Being Human podcast. Steve founded Capable Life to help people lower anxiety, break stuck patterns and increase wellbeing in the work place, home place and in your faith. Steve was first exposed to Family Systems Theory when he was a chaplain and he later studied it in graduate school. Steve holds sixteen hundred hours of supervised ministry in Clinical Pastoral Education and is a Spiritual Care Professional in the ACPE. He holds a Master of Divinity from Emmanuel Christian Seminary with a thesis focusing on the dignity laws of Leviticus and Exodus and how a suburban church can move beyond charity to address systemic poverty. Steve has served in a variety of pastoral roles for 26 years, the majority of those years as a lead pastor. He married Lisa and they have two sons and a daughter, in whom they take great delight. When Steve is not working, you can find him laughing with his family, knee-deep in a trout stream, or trying a guitar he cannot afford at a local music store.

Michael Murphy

Michael is the Founding Director of Leaderscape, a non-profit dedicated to supporting leaders of movements, companies and churches in both the developing and developed worlds, as well as working with ARC globally to champion the planting of churches. His local church experience & ministry includes 12 years as Brian Houston’s Senior Associate in the launch of Hillsong and 18 years as Senior Pastor of Shirelive, in Sydney, Australia. Michael’s global experience is extensive in missions and strategic advancement of organisations, and as such he is passionate about encouraging and building Christian leaders worldwide. Michael has been married for 41 years to Valery. Together they have 3 adult children – Ryan (married to Bindi), Leah (married to Andrew) and Elyse, and 4 grandchildren. Together they all work continually to stay a close and connected family, raising the next generation of world changers and living lives dedicated to the service of Jesus.

Daniel Rolfe

Daniel Rolfe

Since the late 90s, Daniel and Laurie have served as senior leaders of Mountain Springs Church. Mountain Springs seeks to demonstrate the love of God through their weekend worship gatherings and their weekday restorative works. Their 23-acre campus in northeast Colorado Springs hosts a food pantry, counseling center, woodshop, aquaponics greenhouse and soon, a family athletic center. Originally from East Anglia, Daniel answered God’s call to move overseas after a life-changing faith encounter at Spring Harvest. Daniel and Laurie have been married for 30 years, have seven adult children, and three grandchildren, and make their home in Black Forest, Colorado.

Sherry Surratt

Previously the CEO of Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) International, Sherry now serves as Vice President for North America for One Hope. Prior to this Sherry facilitated Innovation Labs at Leadership Network, helping church leaders implement new initiatives and ideas in ministry. Sherry also served on staff at Seacoast Church for eight years as the Children’s Ministry Pastor and Central Support Pastor for multisite campuses. Sherry is a mum, wife, grandmother and an author of four books including ‘Just Lead; a Leadership Guide for Women Leaders in the Church.’

Jimmy Witcher

Jimmy Witcher

As the Senior Pastor of Trinity Fellowship, Jimmy is the Chairman of the Board of Elders, leads the Executive Leadership Team and Trinity Fellowship Association of Churches, and is a member of the Preaching Team. Kim is the Senior Executive Pastor of Trinity Fellowship and currently oversees all marketing and communications efforts. Jimmy and Kim became members of Trinity Fellowship in 1994 and have served in many different areas of ministry, including helping develop prophetic ministry training. Jimmy has also been an elder since 2001. Jimmy and Kim have been married for over 36 years and have three married children and 3 grandchildren with two more on the way. As a family, they love to travel and experience new cultures, but in God’s Presence is their favourite place to be.

Lance Witt

Lance is the founder of REPLENISH ministries (www.replenish.net). Replenish is dedicated to helping people live and lead from a healthy soul. Along with speaking and consulting, Lance individual life coaching, and team development. Lance’s newest book is called Your ONE Life: Own it, Live it, Love it. He is also the author of Replenish and High Impact Teams. Lance served 20 years as a senior pastor before serving 7 years as an Executive/Teaching pastor at Saddleback Church in Southern California. He led Saddleback’s Spiritual Growth Campaigns, such as 40 Days of Purpose and 40 Days of Community. Lance has been married to his wife Connie for 46 years and they have two married children and four beautiful granddaughters. He loves flyfishing, bicycling, reading, New Mexico style food, and hanging out with his granddaughters.

Chris Cartwright

Chris has spent over 25 years leading primarily in large city churches. At Kensington Temple, London, a church with over 100 nationalities, he served, in a season of rapid growth and church planting, as Worship Pastor, Associate Minister and Principal of its church based Bible Institute. Then as the Senior Minister at CityChurch, Cardiff, re-purposing a historic church for renewed mission. From 2010 to the present, Chris has served with Elim in organisational and movement leadership including, as Regional Leader for Wales and South West and, from 2016 to May 2024, as National Leader. Chris continues to work with Elim Global, a growing international network of movements and partners, as well as ministering across other streams in the UK and beyond. Chris has a passion for Revival and equipping and supporting leaders. Chris is married to Annie and based in Cardiff.

Greg is the founding pastor of Seacoast Church, one of the early adopters of the multi-site model. Located in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, Seacoast has been recognised by various media as an innovative and influential thought leader in future strategies for church growth and development. Greg is the founding board member of ARC, a church planting organization that has planted over 1100 churches. Greg also recently founded Pastors Collective, a non profit addressing leader burnout through retreats, relationships and resources. Over the past 3 years, Pastors Collective has hosted over 2,000 leaders in retreats with a goal of helping Pastors/Leaders live well and finish strong. Greg has written three books, the latest being "The Endurance Factor: How ministry leaders can avoid burnout, live well and finish well." Agu Irukwu is a law graduate of the University of Warwick.  A former investment banker and partner in a law firm, he is now the Senior Pastor of Jesus House For All Nations London. He is the founder of the Mandate Men’s Ministries, a ministry which seeks to empower, equip, encourage and raise Godly men. Agu is a key member of the One People Commission of the Evangelical Alliance which integrates ethnic minority churches more fully into the Evangelical Alliance. He was one of the Presidents of Churches Together in England representing the Pentecostal churches. He serves alongside Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby & Cardinal Nichols The Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church. Agu was voted Britain’s most inspirational black person in a poll conducted by the mayor of London’s office and the London Metro in 2012. Together with his wife, Sola, he co-founded Bright Futures for African Children, a children’s charity which seeks to break the cycle of poverty by providing educational facilities and resources to children in poverty-stricken communities in Africa. Pastors Agu and Sola have three children.

Jim and his wife Cathy have been happily married for almost 45 years, and they live in Franklin, Tennessee. They have 6 children and 9 grandchildren. They travel across the United States and around the world, pastoring leaders and ministering prophetically.

Eleanor Mumford

Eleanor Mumford, together with her husband, John, led Vineyard Churches in the UK and Ireland for over 20 years.  Having worked for nearly two years with John Wimber on the staff of the Anaheim Vineyard in California, in 1987 they started the first Vineyard small group in Europe which quickly morphed into the South West London Vineyard.  In 2008, they handed over the leadership of that church to concentrate more on the Vineyard movement, both nationally and internationally, before transitioning to the leadership of Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland in 2015. Together, they now coordinate the ministry of Vineyard Global, which helps facilitate the growth of the Vineyard movement across the world.  John and Eleanor have two very grown-up sons, and five delicious grandchildren!

Glenn Packiam is the Lead Pastor of Rockharbor Church in Costa Mesa, California. He is the author of eight books, including the best-selling books “The Resilient Pastor” and “The Intentional Year” which he co-authored with his wife, Holly. He earned a Doctorate in Theology and Ministry from Durham University, England, and is a Senior Fellow at Barna Group. Dave Smith is Senior Leader of KingsGate Community Church which was started with a small group of people in 1988. From the outset, the Lord called Dave to “Think Big”, firstly for the city of Peterborough - to build a local church that would impact the city, the region, the nation and beyond. KingsGate’s vision is “Transforming lives from our neighbourhoods to the nations by the power of God’s love” and is now a large, multi-cultural, inter-generational church with four campuses: Peterborough, Cambridge, Leicester and online. Having studied for a doctoral thesis on the 18th Century evangelist, George Whitefield, at Oxford University, he is passionate about seeing a 21st Century revival in the UK and Europe. Dave has been married to Karen for over thirty-nine years and they have two daughters, Emily and Annabel, and two young grandsons. He is an avid Manchester City supporter, loves to read, walk and especially enjoys playing golf, where he also gets some good opportunities to share his faith.
